Supporting access to training

Cogito has a wealth of experience in helping managers of public sector organisations and employers of all sizes in reviewing their learning and development strategy.

Cogito can provide an organisational needs analysis which considers: the business objectives, critical drivers and key issues and how access to learning for staff will drive up performance and improve company success.

Cogito helps employers understand what provision is readily available to meet their needs, who might be available to deliver some off the shelf or bespoke training, and how much this might cost.

Cogito believes that for most employers investing in training will produce results and drive up business performance.
